We want you to love your ssenuu sandals. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-day returns — Return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging.

How to start — Email brand.info@ssenuu.store with your order number and the item(s). We'll send return instructions.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days; you'll get a confirmation email.

Exchanges — Fastest way (e.g. a different size) is to return and reorder. Our sandals run small — we recommend sizing up.

Return shipping — Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items — Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost.
